Questions, corrections, or something we’ve got wrong — this is the place. Messages go straight to the person who edits the site, and we read all of them.
What to get in touch about
- Corrections and updates. A price that’s changed, a venue that’s closed, a route that’s been rerouted. Tell us which guide it’s in and we’ll verify and update it. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Gaps in the coverage. If you came looking for something about Lisbon and couldn’t find it here, that’s worth knowing.
- Press, media and licensing. Enquiries about republishing or referencing our material.
- Advertising and business enquiries. Note that we don’t accept paid guest posts, sponsored placements in guides, or paid links.
What we can’t help with
We’re a publication, not a travel agency. We can’t book hotels, buy tickets, arrange tours, or take up a complaint with a company on your behalf. For personal trip-planning questions the answer is almost always already in one of the guides — try the search box at the top of the page first.

We aim to reply within a few working days. If you’re reporting a correction, including a link or a photo of the sign, menu or ticket price you saw helps us verify it quickly.
